Spring & Grove is a fruit-infused sparkling water with zero calories or sugar. The family-owned business collaborated with a food technologist to create its unique flavours, before it began manufacturing and distributing. The product is currently stocked in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia, and the grant will help the company to begin exporting to China. It will also use the grant to participate in the Food & Hotel China trade event in November.
